Private Dining

SEOLYA GALBI Cheongdam has three private rooms — one seating four and two seating six. Online reservations take parties of two to six. A room charge of ₩40,000 applies to parties of two or three; it is waived above ₩400,000 in the four-seat room and ₩500,000 in the six-seat rooms. With the door closed nothing carries in from the next table, which is why the rooms are used for business dinners, family meetings and anniversaries.

Room charge

  • A ₩40,000 room charge applies when two or three people use a room.
  • In the four-seat room the charge is waived above ₩400,000.
  • In the six-seat rooms the charge is waived above ₩500,000.

The room does not change how we serve

  • Grilling — a dedicated server works the brazier and portions every cut in the room as well.
  • Drinks — corkage is free for the first bottle of wine, ₩30,000 from the second; whisky is ₩50,000 a bottle.
  • Parking — valet parking is available.
  • Children — kids are welcome and high chairs are available. The restaurant is entirely non-smoking indoors.

What the rooms are used for

Dinner accounts for more than eighty percent of what we serve, and tables spending over ₩300,000 make up most of it. In practice the rooms are booked for the kind of evening built around conversation — corporate hosting, family meetings before a wedding, anniversaries.

A party of two or three can still take a room. The room charge applies, but the space is guaranteed — for a conversation that needs quiet, most guests find that the better trade.
