When to book

Even outside December, Friday and Saturday dinner peaks are best booked 2–3 weeks ahead. In December, with year-end company dinners and Christmas gatherings, it is worth booking earlier than usual — book on CatchTable as soon as your travel dates are fixed.

The restaurant is currently open for dinner only, 17:30–22:00, with last order at 21:00. Lunch service is temporarily paused.

SEOLYA GALBI Cheongdam operates year-round, and any temporary closures for Korean holidays are announced on CatchTable and Instagram (@seolyagalbi). That is the most reliable place to confirm whether a specific date — Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year's Eve — is open and available.

Private rooms for a celebration

There are three private rooms: one seating four and two seating six. A room charge of ₩40,000 applies to parties of two or three; it is waived above ₩400,000 in the four-seat room and ₩500,000 in the six-seat rooms. A four-seat room with three or four guests, or a six-seat room with four to six, has no room charge.

Bringing a bottle to celebrate — corkage

You can bring your own wine or spirits. The first bottle of wine is free, each additional bottle is ₩30,000, whisky is ₩50,000 per bottle, and the broken (glassware) charge is ₩10,000.
